The villa
The villa is spread over three levels for a total of 700 square meters. Entrance with automatic gate, panoramic square with 4 parking spaces. A symmetrical double-flight staircase on the front of the villa connects the courtyard to the main floor where we find the living area consisting of a large entrance hall, a beautiful living room with fireplace and frescoed ceilings, a suite with air conditioning and a master bathroom. Hallway with guest bathroom. Dining room, equipped kitchen. Panoramic terrace with table and chairs.
Main floor
The original characteristic staircase of the time connects the courtyard to the main floor where we immediately find the living area consisting of an entrance hall, next to the reading room characterized by a beautiful fireplace, to the kitchen with a dining room and a large terrace which has s table for outdoor lunches and dinners with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the surrounding hills. On the floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Second floor
Upstairs there is a sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a master bedroom suite complete with a private sitting room, fireplace, anteroom with wardrobe and private bathroom.

On the ground floor a convenient laundry area.
Developed next to the villa, the swimming pool is surrounded by a large solarium.
